For priority consideration, we encourage all applicants to apply and provide supporting documents by the end of January 2025. Documents should be emailed to [email protected].
International Supplemental Documents Required
All Documents must be translated to English prior to submission and reflect the American Academic Grading System on transcripts, which assign a letter grade of A, B, C, D, or F to each class completed.
- Academic Records for the past two years or entire high school transcript for 12th-grade applicants.
- One Teacher Recommendation
- Vaccination Records
- Official English proficiency exam results. Official results should be sent from the testing company.
Step 2: Application Review
Once everything is submitted, qualified candidates will be selected and contacted to schedule an interview either by Zoom or in person.
Step 3: Notification of Application Decision
Applicants will be notified by email of the acceptance decision within two weeks of the interview. The decision is based on the applicant’s application, supplemental documents, interview, and fit within King’s Schools.
Step 4: Accepted applicants will receive Enrollment Contract
Once accepted, the legal guardian (parent/parents) named on the application will receive an Enrollment Contract. When the contract is signed and submitted with a deposit of your applicable tuition deposit, you will be considered an enrolled student at King’s Schools. After enrollment is complete, the student’s I-20 will be emailed or can be picked up by the student’s legal guardian upon notification from our International Student Program Director.
*I-20s will not be given to Recruiting Agencies on behalf of the student per SEVP guidelines.
Enrolled students will need proof of health insurance for September 1 – June 30 of the intended year of study. The school will need documentation of the student’s health insurance, along with an updated copy of the F-1 visa and I-901 receipt, before the student is able to begin school.
For Non-Priority Applicants: Applications and supporting documentation received AFTER January will be reviewed and all applicants will be notified by email within two weeks of the interview about the results of the review process.
